All new color clients will need to schedule a consultation prior to booking a new color service. Our consultations will give you and your Stylist clarification on timing, pricing & results. Please schedule ages 12 & up as Men's or Women's Haircut. Ask about our Family Discount.
Shampoo service included for kids 6 and up upon request.
Arrival/Late Policy
After 15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time we may ask you to reschedule your service.
No Show/Cancellation Policy
Refinery requires a card on file for all Women's services. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or a charge of 50% of the total service scheduled will be charged to your card on file. For all Color Services please call us at 337-504-4469 to schedule. We book our appointments so that each client receives the right amount of time to be seen by our Professionals. As a courtesy, and to help clients remember their scheduled appointments, Refinery Downtown sends text message and email reminders 2 days and the day before the appointment time. If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please contact us so we may reschedule you, and accommodate those clients who are waiting for an appointment. As a courtesy to our Salon as well as to those clients who are waiting to schedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice.
