What is your no show and cancellation policy?

Haircuts: If you will be 10 minutes late we can take you for the haircut but may not be able to perform the shampoo and scalp massage. If  you will be 15 minutes late or more we ask that you reschedule the appointment. Our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible. 


Color services: We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all color services. If notice is not given your deposit will become non-refundable and used to pay the professional for their time. 


All no shows are tracked and after 2 no show appointments we will require a deposit of no more than 50% of your service price in order to hold any future appointments. 

Why do you require a color consultation and deposit?

In order to ensure proper scheduling, pricing and stylist we require a complimentary consultation for all of our first time color guests or anyone that hasn't been in for color in over 6 months.


During the consultation we will go over your expectations, your goals and if we can achieve your desired look. We will also come up with a plan if the color process will take more than one session. Pictures are always helpful during this process and we will help you throughout the consultation.


After the consultation is complete and we've been able to analyze the condition, texture, length and existing color we will review the scheduling and pricing with you. If you are satisfied with our professional opinion and want to proceed with scheduling we will do that next. At which time we will take a $50 deposit to hold the appointment. This $50 will then be applied to your appointment. Our no show and cancellation policy applies (see above for policy). 

Do you take walkins?

The simple answer is YES. The long answer is that we can't always guarantee that a stylist will be available when you come in. The majority of our guests prefer to prebook. We always recommend calling ahead at 337-504-4469
